As the grandson of the founder of the renowned Les Délices de Carthage, a celebrated pastry shop in Belleville, Paris, he inherited a deep appreciation for the art of confectionery.

Trained by some of the finest chefs, he honed his craft in prestigious establishments, including serving as Head Pastry Chef at Mama Shelter, the Parisian hotel designed by Philippe Starck. His journey led him to explore the endless possibilities of chocolate, developing a signature style that seamlessly blends tradition with innovation.

Eager to share his passion beyond borders, Aaron set his sights on Los Angeles, where he founded Rose & Mary, a chocolate boutique that embodies his love for craftsmanship and excellence. Through his creations, he continues to honor his ancestral expertise while infusing it with a modern touch, offering chocolate lovers a truly unique and refined experience.
